Frequently Asked Questions

How many API keys can I create?

You can create as many keys as you need, depending on the API licenses you have contracted, as well as the number of devices associated with the My inBiot account.

What happens if I delete an API key?

If you delete an API key, it will no longer work for the associated device. This key will automatically become available again in your account, allowing you to assign it to another device that needs access.

How can I contract or cancel an API key?

To modify the service, you only need to write to inbiotservices@inbiot.es

Do collaborative accounts have access to API key management?

No, only accounts with administrator role can manage API keys. Users with manager or viewer permissions do not have this functionality enabled.
