How to create a shareable

A "sharable" is a useful tool for sharing measurement information from MICA. There are two types of shareables:

  1. Public Display: This option is ideal for displaying information on monitors. The data is updated each time a new measurement is recorded from MICA. You can customize which parameters you want to be displayed.
  2. IAQ Certificate: Designed for printing, this certificate allows users to see the same information displayed on the Public Display.

Steps to Create a Sharable

Create a New Sharable:

  • Click on the "NEW SHARABLE" button.
  • Select the MICA from which you want to generate the shareable.
  • Assign a name to the shareable.

Configure the Shareable:

  • Indicators: You can choose to display a specific indicator or not to include any indicator at all.
  • Parameters: Select the parameters you want to include in the shareable.
  • Access: You can enable or disable access to the shareable. If you disable it, you can enable it later when editing it.
  • Company Logo: Available only for business accounts, you can add your company logo.

Options in the Shareable List

Once you have created a shareable, you can perform several actions from the shareable list:

  • Edit or Delete: Modify or delete the shareable according to your needs.
  • Download QR Certificate: Get a certificate with a QR code that you can print and display.
  • Download QR Code: Use this QR code on a certificate personalized by your company.
  • Copy Link to Individual View from MICA: This allows you to explore parameter measurements, indicators, graphs and external conditions.
  • Copy Link to Full Screen: Perfect for displaying selected parameters and indicators on a public screen.
  • Open Screen: Displays the Public Screen directly on your device.

These shareables facilitate access and visualization of data from MICA, either for internal use or for sharing with the public.
